Xeomin® is a neuromodulator used to soften the lines that form from years of repeated expression — across the forehead, between the brows, and at the corners of the eyes. What sets it apart is its formulation: Xeomin® is purified so that it contains only the active ingredient, without the accessory proteins carried by other neuromodulators. For most patients that difference is invisible in the result, but for those who have found other products working less well over time, it can be the reason to switch.
In practice, treatment looks much the same as any neuromodulator visit. A few small injections are placed according to how your muscles actually move, results begin to appear within about a week, and they typically last three to four months.
